Booking and Payment:

All bookings for tours and travel packages offered by HiVe Tours must be made in advance.
Payments can be made via credit card through our secure payment system or via wire transfer.
Prices listed for tours and packages include VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by the Italian Government.

Payment Terms:

The total amount payable for the tour or package must be settled in full prior to the commencement of the tour.
The payment can be categorized as NET (with any commission for tour operators/travel agents already deducted from the total) or COMMISSIONABLE (including any commission for tour operators/travel agents), as per the agreement with HiVe Tours. Payments made via wire transfer may be subject to transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the sender.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations by the customer are subject to the following conditions:

All tours (shared or private) available for sale directly on the website www.hivetours.it (shared and private tours) must be paid in full in advance and can be canceled by the customer with a full refund within 24 hours of the departure time. Any cancellation within 24 hours does not entitle to any refund, and HiVe Tours will retain the full payment of 100%.

The tailor-made or multiday package tours will instead be paid 30% at the time of confirmation if within 30 days, while the remaining 70% must be paid upon acceptance if within 15 days from the start date of the event. All tours booked within 15 days from the event date must be paid in advance for the entire amount of 100%.   For these tours, HiVe will provide a full refund if canceled 30 days prior to the tour, while it will retain part of the payment according to the following schedule - 20% if canceled  between 30 and 15 days before the start of the tour, 70% if canceled seven days before the start of the tour, 100% if canceled 7 days before the start of the tour.

 

Refunds for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden closures of monuments, transportation cancellations or delays) are subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis by HiVe Tours.

Termination of Contract:

Non-payment of the amounts due constitutes an explicit resolutory clause, leading to the termination of the tourist package sale contract, without prejudice to any further compensation for damages suffered by HiVe Tours.

General Provisions:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and HiVe Tours regarding the sale and purchase of tour packages.
HiVe Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By booking a tour or purchasing a travel package from HiVe Tours, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
